No small print here -- we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Should you end up with a defective tape or an order mix-up, please call us right away at 1-800-325-7111.

Books and travel accessories can be returned in original condition within a month for full product refund, credit or exchange. We have only one request—please don't return opened tapes that are not defective—we follow the industry policy to not accept them.
