Do you ship to international locations outside the United States? top

We can ship to many international locations. Please contact us for more information. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs duties assessed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any of these additional charges. Customs clearance can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

What do I do if my order is not filled correctly or if I receive a defective DVD? top

Should you end up with a defective DVD or an order mix-up, you can e-mail us at CustomerCare@SmartTravels.tv or call us at 1-800-325-7111 and leave a message. We will send a replacement item on the next business day, along with a postage-paid envelope to use for returning the incorrect or defective product.

 

What is your return policy? top

No small print here—we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Unopened DVDs and VHS tapes, books and travel accessories can be returned in original condition within a month for full product refund, credit or exchange. (We do not refund shipping charges.)

We have only one request. Please do not return opened DVDs or VHS tapes that are not defective—we follow the industry policy to not accept them.

 

What is your privacy policy? top
When you send personal credit card information through our web store, the secure server software we license from GoDaddy encrypts all information you input before it's sent to us.

Occasionally, we contact our customers regarding new products and special offers we think they’ll find valuable. If you want to opt out of receiving such notices, please e-mail us at CustomerCare@SmartTravels.tv.

 

Do your DVDs have closed captions or subtitles? top
  • Our new "Richard Bangs' Adventures with Purpose" DVDs have English language subtitles.
  • All "Smart Travels with Rudy Maxa" shows have English language closed captions on VHS versions only.
  • "Rudy Maxa’s World" and "Rick Steves' Europe" titles do not have subtitles or closed captions.

 

Do you sell VHS videotape versions of your shows? top

We offer VHS versions of the following shows:

  • "Smart Travels with Rudy Maxa" – also available on DVD
  • "Travels in Mexico & the Caribbean with Shari Belafonte" – also available on DVD
  • "America’s Historic Trails with Tom Bodett" – also available as a set on DVD
  • "Travels in Europe with Rick Steves" – available in VHS format only
