Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs duties assessed by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for any of these additional charges. Customs clearance can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Should you end up with a defective DVD or an order mix-up, you can e-mail us at CustomerCare@SmartTravels.tv or call us at 1-800-325-7111 and leave a message. We will send a replacement item on the next business day, along with a postage-paid envelope to use for returning the incorrect or defective product.
No small print here—we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Unopened DVDs and VHS tapes, books and travel accessories can be returned in original condition within a month for full product refund, credit or exchange. (We do not refund shipping charges.)
We have only one request. Please do not return opened DVDs or VHS tapes that are not defective—we follow the industry policy to not accept them.
